Some information may then be communicated by you or by third parties for legal obligations, regulations and community legislation, or by instructions given by the Authority or by control or supervisory bodies. This processing does not require the consent of the data subject. The information relating to your property, including photos of it, shall also be processed for the conduct of promotional and commercial practices aimed at the proper implementation of the mandate entrusted, and may therefore be disseminated through publication on websites, social networks and paper publications, newsletter.

4. Conseguenze del rifiuto
You may object to the purposes of the processing at any time. The opposition shall not have any effect on the pursuit of the main purpose of carrying out the activity of real estate brokerage.
5. Recipient
Your data shall be made known to our internal administrative staff and to our external collaborators, whose list is available at our headquarters and shall also be communicated to our service providers such as outsourcing companies, IT services companies, insurance companies, credit recovery companies.
6. Transfers
Some of your personal data are transferred to recipients who may be outside the EU. The data controller ensures that the electronic and paper transfer of your data by the recipients takes place in accordance with the Applicable and current legislation.
7. Retention of data
All personal data shall be processed in accordance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, only in the manner strictly necessary to pursue the purposes described above.
